  • 7-Day Confessions of Faith

How to use the "Confessions That Build Up Faith" sheet. Each day say the confession at the top out loud. Then say the confession for that day.

The Bible says "Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!" (Psa 107:2) The Bible says "This book of the Law shall not depart out of thy mouth." (Josh 1:8) The Bible says "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith." (Heb 10:23). The word "profession" means "confession", or "acknowledgement". In other words, let us say the same thing that God's Word says. This sheet will help you to train yourself, as a disciple (student, learner) of the Lord Jesus, to say the same things that the Bible says. Let us become hearers, doers and speakers of God's Word!

  • One Year Bible Reading Plan

This unique Bible-reading program, designed by Pastor Cook, will cover just 3 chapters/day, and your daily reading will be evenly spread across the Old and New Testaments.

Specifically, you will read the following portions of the Bible each year ...

    • The entire New Testament - twice each year,
    • The Psalms - encouragement - once each year,
    • The Proverbs - wisdom - twice each year,
    • 1/2 of the Old Testament each year ... on odd years you will read the 1st half of the Old Testament and on even years you will read the 2nd half of the Old Testament.

As Christians, we emphasize the New Testament teaching about the life of Jesus Christ and our New Covenant with God the Father through faith in Christ the Son. The Old Testament is roughly 4x as long as the New Testament, and we enjoy this unique Bible reading program that allows us to read balanced portions of the New Testament and Old Testament each day.

    7. Pray to the Father in Jesus’ Name
John 16:23,24 — And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full
